Discover E-Mei Qigong
E-Mei is one of the earliest known forms of QiGong – at the root of Tai Chi as well as other QiGong forms and of Taijiwuxigong. This E-Mei course will develop different aspects of your mind, body and spirit. A four day course offers more time to deepen our practice of this amazing exercise as well as refreshing our Qi.
The energy work and meditation with Master Shen Jin gives us a very peaceful sense of how easy it can be to just be ourselves. Shen Jin rapidly develops her students Qi energy circulation to clean and balance their energy.
Master Shen Jin is one of the very few teachers of this unique qigong system in the world. Her lighthearted approach makes it easy to absorb the details of these ancient Chinese health exercises. Originally designed to build healers’ power to mend broken bones, E-Mei expands our connection with the flow of Qi through our meridians and channels.
By practising E-Mei Daoyin we can discover the twelve meridians of the limbs by contacting the hands, fingers, feet and toes and activating all of the channels and meridians in the body. This helps to bring the energy of the organs into balance and harmony. E-Mei Daoyin exercises can improve health by developing auto-regulation of the body.
Master Shen Jin
Master Shen Jin was nine when she began to study Taijiquan and Qi Gong with her father Dr. Shen Hongxun, the founder of Taijiwuxigong, Buqi and Taiji 37. She has taught these systems and the E-Mei Daoyin for over thirty years in Europe.
Shen Jin is one of the few E-Mei teachers remaining in the world. She studied with Master Sun Jingtao who was the assistant of the only teacher of this ancient system, leading Chinese Qi Gong Master, Dr Zhou Qianchuan. Dr Zhou Qianchuan taught the system to only a few students in China for just two years.
