E-Mei Daoyin are one of the earliest known forms of QiGong. The exercises are at the root of Tai Chi as well as Taijiwuxigong and other QiGong forms . The E-Mei Daoyin course will help to develop different aspects of your mind, body and spirit. Four days exercise offers more time to deepen the practice of these amazing exercises as well as refreshing our own Qi.

Master Shen Jin was only nine when she began to study Taijiquan and Qi Gong with her father Dr. Shen Hongxun the founder of the Taijiwuxigong , Buqi and Taiji 37systems. She has taught the E-Mei Daoyin and these other systems for more than thirty years in Europe and the USA.
Shen Jin is one of the few E-Mei Daoyin teachers left in the world. She originally studied with Master Sun Jingtao, the assistant of the only teacher of this ancient system – leading Chinese Qi Gong Master, Dr Zhou Qianchuan who taught only a few students for just a two year period.
